What is the Hilliard Studio Method?

When I tell people that I'm a trainer for Hilliard Studio Method, more often than not the question is "what kind of a workout is that"?  To be honest, it's kind of a hard question to answer until you've experienced it (And when you do, you'll KNOW!!) Some people say it's like pilates on crack. Some people say it's the hardest workout you'll ever do. We say that it's a core centric, pilates based class that uses weights, bands, gliders, a barre, weighted balls, and all kinds of other fun equipment to transform your entire body in 60 minutes or less.
