  My all time number one favorite workout app is the Nike Training Club app. You can download it here!

I've used it for years and it keeps getting better and better. You have options upon options! Choose your time, 15 minutes, 30, or 45. Choose your level, and choose if you want to get lean, get toned, get strong, or get focused.

No gym? No problem- there are workouts that don't require weights or props. Traveling and have access to the weight room or getting ready to hit your gym? The circuits are super fun and energizing and TOUGH! If you are not really a working-out-around-other-people-yet kinda person, or prefer park or home workouts- grab some free weights and a medicine ball and you are good to go! It's perfect for home workouts since it doesn't take up a lot of room. New moms?? You're welcome! I take my gear to the park on nice days when I need a fresh air workout. There are even short little workouts that you can add to your cardio days. My favorite is to add a little core work after a run.
